The Home Staging
Consultation...
I will begin at the curb and continuing around the
outside of your home. I will make some suggestions as to
some minor repairs that may need to be made.
Then, upon entering your home, we will walk together
throughout your house where I will make some recommendations
for improving the look of your home, and to give you WOW
factors that need to be there. Sometimes only minor repairs
need to be made such as fresh paint and maybe new light
fixtures, but then sometimes, there may need to be
some kitchen or bathroom renovations that should take place.
Doing both or either of these repairs always brings you more
money than the actual repairs cost.
Today's buyers are wanting to buy move-in ready homes
so as not to be inconvenienced with renovations once they are
in their new home.
Consultations start at $75.00 and vary depending on home
size. Prices will be quoted for full home staging and
interior redesign jobs at the consultation. For more

Repairs...
The homeowner can do all the repairs recommended or only
some, but to secure as much equity as possible and to
sell very quickly, you need to do all that is recommended.
You can use someone that you know, or I will be glad to
recommend someone for these repairs.
The Staging...
Now that the repairs are finished, you are ready for
me to come back to your home where I will create the MAGIC.
When having me stage your home, it is very necessary that I
de-clutter and de-personalize the home. Sometimes this is
hard on the seller because I am removing photos of family
and putting away memories. These changes have to be made in
order to
captivate the buyer. You have only 8 seconds in which to
capture them from the time they enter your home. You want
the buyer to be able to IMAGINE themselves living in your
home. The way you live in and
decorate your home are entirely different from the way you
sell your home.
Interior Redesign or One Day Decorating...
This service is for anyone who wants a fresh new look
while using your existing furniture and accessories. A lot
of people have great things in their homes, but not the
creativity to put their items together to give it the WOW
factor. I will come in and give new meaning to your home and
your many prized possessions. This can usually be done
without you having to spend a lot of money if any at all on
new items. With this service, you do not need to remove your
cherished photos, but de-cluttering is a good idea.
